Setup in five moves

Do this a few days before the wedding — not during cocktail hour.

1

Create the Film

Open Filmsera → create a Film named for the day (e.g. “Maya & Jordan · June 20”). Set the Quota so the roll feels intentional, not endless.

2

Pick a Look

Choose one Look for the whole Film so every Frame feels like the same night. Disposable for reception energy; Instant or 8mm for softer ceremony vibes. Browse families in Look Lab.

3

Print the QR

Print the Film QR (or share code) on table cards, the welcome sign, or a small card at the bar. Guests scan → download Filmsera if needed → join the Film.

4

Name a memory captain

One friend (not the couple) announces the Film at welcome, points to the QR, and gently reminds tables during dinner. They also nudge people to shoot — not just scroll.

5

Set Reveal

Pick a Reveal time — often the morning after, or a week later for the honeymoon send-off. Nobody peeks until then. That’s the point.

Day-of checklist

Tick these off so the roll fills without stress.

Honest note: Filmsera is iOS-only. Guests on Android can’t join this Film. For mixed-phone weddings, keep a small physical disposable as backup — or use Filmsera for the iPhone tables and a second plan for everyone else.
